Who is responsible

Adam James is responsible for this pre-launch website and its waitlist. A separate operating entity has not yet been formed. broker is a working project name. Contact Adam using the email above for any privacy question or request.

What we collect

When you register, we collect your email, selected role (borrower, broker or introducer), finance interest and agreement to be contacted about this project. Your name, business name and introducer type are optional. We also record the registration time, the version of the notice and terms accepted, and which predefined site page directed you to the form.

Please supply your own details only. We do not request identity documents, credit reports, bank statements, income, loan balances or client information in the waitlist.

Why we collect it

We use these details to record your interest, understand demand across the three audiences and finance markets, and contact you about pilot participation or launch. Registration is voluntary. Without an email and the required selections, we cannot register your interest.

We do not sell the waitlist, use it for unrelated marketing, or give it to brokers, lenders or referrers. Registering is not permission to make a finance application or credit enquiry.

Website measurement and security

Our first-party measurement records daily totals for page views, waitlist link clicks, form views and starts, grouped by predefined page, role and source labels. Successful new registrations are counted when they are stored. These event counters do not contain email addresses, form text, full URLs, visitor IDs or cookies. They count events, not unique people. Automated traffic can affect them.

Cloudflare delivers and protects the site and may process network information such as IP addresses, browser information and request metadata. Rate limiting uses a short-lived digest derived from a network address. We do not add it to the waitlist or analytics database. We do not use advertising pixels or cross-site tracking on these pages.

Storage, providers and overseas processing

The waitlist is stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database accessed by the website backend and authorised project administration. There is no public endpoint for reading registrations. Cloudflare provides hosting, database and security infrastructure and may process information in Australia, the United States and other countries in its global network. We do not promise Australian-only processing or storage.

Privacy enquiries you email are handled through the contact mailbox and its email service providers. Avoid sending financial or identity documents by email. We will explain any new provider or purpose that materially changes how waitlist details are handled before using them that way.

Keeping and deleting information

Waitlist registrations are retained for up to 12 months from registration, unless you ask for earlier deletion. Entries reaching that limit are removed by a daily retention job. Continuing into a live service will require the applicable new notices and agreements. Daily aggregate analytics are kept for up to 12 months.

After deletion, provider recovery copies may remain temporarily under the provider’s backup retention arrangements. Already aggregated event counts do not identify your registration and are not individually reversible.

Access, correction and withdrawal

Email Adam@airrgroup.com.au to request access, correction or deletion, or to stop project updates. Contact us from the address you registered where possible. We may take proportionate steps to confirm the request is yours. Please do not send an identity document unless a suitable process has been agreed.

Questions or complaints

Contact Adam with the issue and the outcome you are seeking. We will review the concern and explain the response and any further steps. If it remains unresolved, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner provides information about privacy complaints and whether it can consider your matter.

The dashboard view and future changes

The dashboard contains fictional loan, broker and document information. Its demonstration changes are held in the page and reset on reload. It does not verify identity, upload financial documents, transmit broker messages or create a real account.

If the operating entity, purpose or data-handling model changes, we will update this notice and notify affected waitlist members where appropriate. Joining this waitlist does not give blanket permission for future credit checks, document sharing or transfer to a new operator.
