What the site offers today

broker is a working name for a finance marketplace project whose operating entity has not yet been formed. Adam James is responsible for the pre-launch site and waitlist. The site offers information about the proposal, an expression-of-interest form and a dashboard using fictional data.

It does not currently offer live brokerage, lender matching, loan applications, credit checks, document storage, real account authentication or contact with brokers.

Joining the waitlist

Registration is free and creates no payment obligation. Register only your own details, be at least 18 years old, and provide information you are authorised to provide. If registering a business interest, you must have authority to do so.

By submitting, you ask us to record your interest and contact you about pilot participation or launch using the details you supplied. This is not a guarantee of admission, a launch date, broker accreditation, leads, funding, exclusivity, income or any future commercial terms. You can withdraw by emailing Adam.

Pricing and participation

The first pilot focuses on South East Queensland development finance. The broker page explains proposed pricing and response standards for validation; these are not an offer of live service or binding participation terms. Any paid participation, referral arrangement or broker engagement requires separate disclosed terms and acceptance. Joining does not authorise a fee or a future commission deduction.

Information and examples

Website information explains the proposed service and is not a recommendation of a specific credit product or provider. Sample rates, ratings, requests, broker profiles, borrowing figures and loan calculations are illustrative, not verified offers or lending decisions. Do not rely on the to decide whether a loan is suitable or affordable.

Your information and appropriate use

The privacy policy explains waitlist collection and handling. Do not submit client details, identity documents, financial records or sensitive information. Do not impersonate someone, submit spam, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the site.

Availability and changes

Features, the working name and the proposed model may change. the workspace may be unavailable at times. We may restrict abusive use and remove invalid registrations. Material changes affecting existing waitlist information will be handled as described in the privacy policy.

Rights and concerns
