THE PROJECT. THE PEOPLE. THE PLAN.

Broker Marketplace.
A clearer start
to your next loan.

For homeowners, renters and residents looking for a home loan, a vehicle, tools for their business or a personal loan.

PROJECT STATEMENT

We’re building an independent broker marketplace that helps people prepare one finance request, compare suitable brokers and choose who handles their application. Credit Passport brings their preparation rating and credit score into one place, giving them a clearer starting point.

OUR CUSTOMER FOCUS

Everyday plans.
The right broker to help.

Our focus is people making decisions about their home, work and everyday life. You don’t need to know which lender to approach before you start. The marketplace is designed to help you find a broker who understands the loan you need.

01 / HOME

Your home.

Buying your first place, moving home or reviewing an existing mortgage. Prepare your details and compare brokers who handle home loans and refinancing.

02 / VEHICLE

Your next vehicle.

A car for everyday life or a vehicle for work. Explain what you need and find brokers with the relevant vehicle-finance experience.

03 / BUSINESS TOOLS

Tools for your work.

Equipment, machinery or tools for a business. Connect with brokers who understand asset and business finance.

04 / PERSONAL

Your personal plans.

Explore a personal-loan enquiry with a suitable broker. Understand the service, costs and next steps before deciding whether to apply.

These are the intended loan categories. Each needs suitable participating brokers, its own document checklist and the right operating arrangements before it opens for applications.

01 / THE OPPORTUNITY

How the marketplace works

Instead of ringing several brokers and repeating your story, prepare one request. See who can help, compare their fees and approach, then choose who receives your details.

Borrower

One request.
One prepared profile.

Credit Passport

See what is ready.
Choose what to share.

Independent broker

You choose the broker.
They handle your application.

Lender

The broker approaches lenders.
The lender decides on the loan.

What we bring together

The planned platform brings together preparation, broker profiles, responses and progress updates. Borrowers compare the options and approve each introduction. Their documents stay out of public request summaries.

What the broker and lender do

The broker agrees their service with the borrower, gives advice within their authority and sends applications to lenders. The lender decides whether to approve the loan. Lawyers and other specialists are hired separately.

Why brokers would take part

Prepared requests give brokers a clearer starting point and a way to reach people who need their speciality. The trial will measure the time saved, the quality of responses and whether the proposed commission share works for both sides.

02 / THE REASON TO START HERE

Your Credit Passport

Your broker preparation rating and credit reporting provider credit score, together in one place. Understand what each tells you and what to prepare before your first broker conversation.

Return to the app ↑
01

See your preparation rating.

Your Passport Rating shows how much of your profile, identity steps and document checklist is ready. It helps you see the next useful step; the lender assesses any eventual loan application.

02

Choose when to see your credit score.

Your credit reporting provider score is separate from your passport points. In this example, it appears for 15 seconds and then hides. Before showing real scores, we need an approved connection that lets you view your score without affecting it.

03

Choose who sees your details.

Brokers first see a summary with personal details removed. You choose whether to share each rating, and must approve who receives your documents and personal information.

04

Keep track of your loans.

Later, the app could keep your loan balances, repayments and reminders together. If you want to replace a loan, you choose whether to start a new broker conversation. A new loan processed through the app can earn us another commission share; a loan arranged elsewhere does not automatically do so.

Two useful ratings. A clearer starting point.Identity and credit checks shown in the app are fictional. The current public service collects contact waitlist details only.

03 / WHO THIS HELPS

Who this helps

HOMEOWNERS & RESIDENTS

A clearer way to find your broker.

Homeowners, renters and residents can prepare a request for a home, vehicle, business-tools or personal loan and compare suitable brokers. The proposed platform fee is A$0 for borrowers. Broker, lender and other professional fees are disclosed separately.

How this helps
Less repeated paperwork, clearer choices and control over your personal details.
What we need to find out
Will suitable borrowers finish a real request and choose a broker?

04 / HOW THE CONNECTION WORKS

Three steps to get started

Choose a view below to see the steps for borrowers or brokers. The website helps people connect. The chosen broker handles the loan application.

  1. 01

    Prepare the Passport

Choose the loan you need: home, vehicle, business tools or personal. Complete your profile and the relevant document checklist. Any identity and authority-to-act steps are explained before you connect.

  2. 02

    Compare the responses

Brokers who could help see a summary without your personal details. Compare what they offer, what they charge, their experience and how long they expect to take.

  3. 03

    Choose the connection

Choose a broker and approve sharing your details with them. Agree their service and fees. They handle the lender applications and checks.

Browse freely. Connect when ready. Before connecting, complete the required request details and make sure the broker handles your type of finance. You can hide your optional credit score, but a broker or lender may still need credit information later.

Our first trial

Enrol five members. Then test a real loan request through one of two paths.

FIRST STEP / MEMBER ENROLMENT

Get 5 members enrolled onto the site.

Enrol five members as active users, with complete profiles and their required documents ready in the app.

5 complete profiles.

Check the Passport, document checklist and sharing controls before inviting other borrowers.

Proposed first trial, once secure accounts and document uploads are ready.

OPTION 1 / VEHICLE FINANCE

A personal or business car loan.

A borrower financing a car for personal use or their business. Prepare the vehicle details and relevant documents, then connect with a broker who handles that type of vehicle finance.

Test: a complete car-loan request.

OPTION 2 / HOMEOWNERS

A home or personal loan.

A homeowner or resident applying for a small personal loan or a home loan. Prepare their personal profile and documents, then connect with a suitable consumer-finance broker.

Test: a complete personal borrowing request.

Choose the first lending trial after the five profiles are ready. Start with one request, review the experience, then expand.

Proposed rates · 11% standard floor · 5% AAA Founding Gold

Progression and payment rules

Thresholds to agree. Set the commission milestone for each level, review period, quality measures and founding-member eligibility before launch. Levels 11 and 12 are reserved for founding members; standard progression stops at 11%.

Prospective rate changes. Proposed rule: record the agreed level when a borrower connects. A later upgrade applies to new connections, not retrospectively to existing loans. Agree how that recorded rate applies to upfront and any trail actually received.

Economics before expansion. At 5%, eight times the eligible commission is needed to earn the same platform revenue as at 40%, before costs. Validate acquisition, support and provider costs before granting the founding rates.

Borrower charges. Proposed borrower platform fee: A$0. The platform share comes from eligible broker commission, not the loan principal or repayments. Other professional and lender charges remain separate.

Commercial review. The rate ladder and revenue-based progression are a proposal, not agreed broker pricing. Confirm permitted remuneration arrangements, disclosures, refunds and trail treatment before offering these terms.

Consumer outcomes. Progression must not encourage unnecessary borrowing or lender steering. ASIC’s mortgage-broker guidance ↗

Earn the next level.

Proposed progression is based on cumulative eligible commission actually received from app-originated loans, net of refunds—not applications submitted or loan size alone.

Quality stays essential.

Verified credentials, a clear conduct record, reliable responses and authentic client feedback. Revenue alone does not unlock a level or guarantee leads.

Keep the borrower first.

Match opportunities by suitability and borrower choice. Prepared profiles reduce prospecting and document chasing; brokers still assess needs and handle lender applications.

Make the first trial work.

Get members ready, complete one broker journey and learn what it takes to run the service.

01 / PREPARE

5 members ready.

Complete their profiles, prepare the required documents and check their sharing permissions.

Target: five complete profiles.
02 / CONNECT

1 request, end to end.

Take a car, personal or home-loan request from preparation to a chosen broker. Record the response and agreed next step.

Target: one working broker connection.
03 / REVIEW

Know what to improve.

Ask the member and broker what worked. Record the time, support and provider costs needed to complete the journey.

Output: fixes and a cost review.
Then grow to ten.

Resolve the issues from the first request before inviting the next group of borrowers.

08 / FIRST DELIVERY PLAN

From screens to a working product

The project team starts with a written build brief, then works through these six steps in order. Each step has a clear output to review before moving on. This is the proposed delivery sequence, not a record of completed work.

Project delivery checklist

Select the items to include in the team’s working plan. These ticks stay in this browser tab and do not record completion.

The partnership supplied these company-name checks and domain asking prices on 22 September 2026. We have not checked them independently. Prices are in US dollars. A company name being available does not mean it is free of trademark rights. We will keep using broker until we choose a name.

THE DECISION IN FRONT OF US

A clearer start.
A broker you choose.

For a home, a vehicle, business tools or a personal loan: prepare once, compare suitable brokers and choose your next step. Confirm the first category, prove the complete journey and expand from what we learn.

What this page is based on

Updated 23 September 2026 to reflect the homeowner and resident direction. This working proposal explains the product and proposed commercial model. The first live loan category, provider connections, broker agreements and delivery scope still need confirmation. Financial examples are illustrative; the overview is not authority to start paid work.

Credit-score access requires a contracted credit reporting provider, consent and confirmed enquiry behaviour before activation.

This draft overview explains the project. Signed agreements and private project records are held separately. The app uses example data; checklist selections stay in this browser tab.

Approved product scope

Partner decisions · 30 September 2026. Design update approved; production services remain to be engineered.

Borrower access

Free for borrowers, forever. No subscription or paywall for the full account, Passport Rating, connected credit score or dashboard. Separate broker and lender charges must be disclosed. Model provider and support costs against platform commission revenue.

Passport terminology

Passport Rating is the preparation total out of 1,000. Completing profile details and required documents earns passport points. Credit scores come separately from a credit reporting provider. Provider branding stays generic until contracted. The point schedule still requires definition and testing.

Broker workspace

Profile and credentials, verification, suitable requests, responses and fees, consented client documents, messages, tasks, progress and commission tiers. Access through Sign in. The current workspace is an interactive prototype with fictional records.

Compliance and security

Maintain an evidence register for required approvals and certificates, with scope, reviewer, review date, expiry and Pending / Verified / Expired status. No real approval or certificate is claimed. Your backend/security contact reviews architecture and operations; legal review determines obligations and operating permissions.

First pilot

Five members; personal or business vehicle finance; participating brokers. Prove profile → request → response → selection → explicit sharing → progress. Open home, personal, asset and commercial categories only as service capacity and approvals allow.

Launch dependencies

Real authentication, database permissions, private storage, tested recovery, broker vetting, provider contracts, name clearance and legal assessment. Partner navigation remains for this review stage; a customer launch needs protected partner pages.
